In short: RDM Interactive uses your data to answer your enquiry and carry out a potential assignment. Data is not sold and this website does not use marketing or analytics cookies.
1. Who is responsible?
RDM Interactive is responsible for processing personal data as described in this statement.
- Company name: RDM Interactive
- Dutch Chamber of Commerce number: 42157483
- E-mail: info@rdminteractive.com
2. What data is processed?
The following data may be processed through the contact form:
- name and email address;
- company name, when provided;
- the type of enquiry and project description;
- a preferred schedule and budget indication, when provided;
- confirmation that you have read this statement.
The web server or hosting provider may also process limited technical data, such as an IP address, request time and browser information. This may be necessary for operating and securing the website.
To limit form abuse, the server temporarily stores a hashed key based on the IP address and the times of form attempts. Attempts count for no more than 15 minutes; outdated temporary files are removed during subsequent form attempts. This does not require cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
RDM Interactive processes this data to:
- answer your question or project enquiry;
- prepare a proposal or quotation;
- make agreements and carry out an assignment;
- secure the website and form;
- comply with statutory administrative obligations.
Processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, performing an agreement, a legitimate interest in security and sound business operations, or a legal obligation.
4. Retention periods
- An enquiry that does not lead to an assignment is generally deleted no later than 12 months after the last substantive contact.
- Project correspondence is retained no longer than necessary to perform, support and conclude the assignment.
- Data forming part of the tax administration is generally retained for 7 years due to statutory requirements.
Data may be retained longer when necessary for a legal dispute or when another statutory period applies.
5. Sharing, transfer and security
Personal data is not sold. Where necessary, data may be processed by suppliers providing hosting, email or technical services. Appropriate agreements are made with processors. Data may also be disclosed where RDM Interactive is legally required to do so.
When a supplier processes data outside the European Economic Area, this only takes place on a valid transfer basis with appropriate safeguards. RDM Interactive takes suitable technical and organisational security measures. The form uses input validation, a honeypot, a minimum completion time and a limit on the number of form attempts to reduce automated abuse.
6. Cookies and automated decisions
This website does not place marketing or analytics cookies and currently uses no external analytics tools. The contact form requires no tracking cookies. Received data is not used for profiling or solely automated decision-making.
7. Your privacy rights
Where permitted by the GDPR in your situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data. You may also object to processing based on a legitimate interest.
Send a request to info@rdminteractive.com. To prevent abuse, additional information may be requested to verify your identity. RDM Interactive generally responds within one month.
You may also submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Please contact RDM Interactive first where possible, so a solution can be sought.
8. Changes
This statement may be updated when the website, services or regulations change. The latest version is always available on this page.
