Draft status: this page outlines the principles for working together. The specific quotation and agreement always determine the exact scope, planning, rates and arrangements. Have the final legal terms professionally reviewed before using them as binding conditions.
Assignment and quotation
An assignment starts after the quotation or agreement has been confirmed. It describes the goal, work, deliverables, planning, price and any dependencies as concretely as possible.
Execution and changes
RDM Interactive carries out the project carefully and communicates directly. The client provides the required information and feedback on time. Work outside the agreed scope is discussed in advance and may be quoted as additional work.
Delivery and usage rights
Before delivery, the result is reviewed together. Agreements about revision rounds, launch, maintenance, source files, licences and intellectual property are documented per project. Rights to third-party software, fonts and imagery remain with their respective owners.
Payment and completion
Amounts, payment milestones and the payment term are stated in the quotation. Follow-up work, hosting and maintenance are only provided when separately agreed.
Discuss it directly before the project starts.
